Im going through a very complex situation and she took the time, without charging me, even after I insisted on compensating her, to point me in the right direction. This will be my goto attorney now and in the future.

1 /5 Denise Green: Not a good lawyer at all!!! First divorce and she gave no guidance whatsoever. Luckily I knew someone who helped me put a few things together, or I would have had zero evidence. This was a divorce case with joint custody agreement of a teenager. She did not tell me I could have anyone testify on my behalf, and I tried to take a family member in with me twice, and she kicked them out. Since I made more money than my ex I got stuck paying child support with joint custody, and they started me in arrears 2 months. She did not fight for me at all!! The only positive words she spoke to me was at the final hearing. As she was shutting my file she stated your children have clearly been coached on what to say. Did I mention she did not even use any of the text messages or any good evidence that I had? Still charged me for each copy. I paid $1800 retainer fee, then $500.00 more, now she is still billing me $1200.00. For what? You gave me no justice at all. I got nothing out of the divorce. My exs decree was the one signed as is.

5 /5 TEXICAN’S: I obtained Rita as my lawyer for my divorce and was completely amazed at how fast they served My wife and set the date for the temporary orders hearing. She was amazing in the hearing, the questions she would ask, objections and rebuttal. Very reasonable rate to be honest she should charge more.

5 /5 Bob W: I retained Rita for an uncontested divorce in 2010. Her retainer was more than reasonable. I think I paid a $1700 retainer and her paperwork showed she completed it for around $1200; very honest. She also seems very experienced and as a result, was very direct and to-the-point. She said what needed to be said and didnt waste time discussing things that didnt need discussed. Everything was filed where it needed to be and all expected paperwork showed up when I was told it would. Was happily divorced as soon as permitted.
