Katie Bonnell So I went in today to open a bank account. I was able to do mine with the manager of the facility. Instead of focusing on what we were doing she was helping everyone else then gradually getting back to what we were working on. Then towards that end after I done stayed that Im not familiar with this bank I really wasnt given any information everything was speed through. No information about online banking, if there is an mobile app no nothing. Also its not a huge deal or anything but anywhere else would give you a folder of some type to put your paper work in. Here nope your just handed this stack of papers along with little ones that could fly away as soon as you step outside. She really didnt explain everything they had to offer either so it wasnt a pleasant experience. Im not impressed and would not recommend due to poor customer service.

Nikki Romero I honestly love this place. When I messed up my credit in the past, this was the first place that would Give me a second chance and i needed it really bad, they are always so nice and understanding! I recommend it if you think you cant just try. Shout out to Meghan and Ashley, they are really sweet and helpful!
