C. Mayo Even though my property taxes are low, I have very little monthly discretionary income and always take advantage of the installment payments offered to seniors. For the past couple of years, Ive used my banks bill pay to send the payments, but theres only room on those checks for a tiny amount of info to explain what the payment is for, and I always worry about the payment getting to the right place. This year, the tax office mailed me a tax receipt after my final payment showing that my account had been paid in full, and I really appreciated that! Its always good to set a worry to rest. Bob Crites Last 3 policys I bought into have gone 1 or more years over the maturity time. This means every 3 months Im having to pay to keep the policy alive. If this keeps up I will be losing money on 2 them in near future. Seems that they dont research the medical conditions very well. Life expectancy they give you is not thought out or researched very well.
