1 /5 Jett: I’ve been trying to get a statement from them for over a week now showing that my loan for a Rv with them is paid off and I keep getting told that it will arrive in my email within 24 to 48 hours. I’ve been on the phone with them 3 different times within a week and get told the same thing. I need this document to get a loan on a home and they can’t seem to figure out how to send a simple email with a statement attached in it. Probably the worst financial group I’ve ever had the experience of dealing with.
