They were able to work through some issues and was able to get me approved quickly. Highly recommend smart financial if you need the best rates. I have used the credit union mainly to deposit money and once to setup an account for our family reunion. My wife of 45 years passed and I needed funds right way. I did not make an appointment but just walked in and Loan Officer Adrian Wright welcomed my son and me into his office. We explained our purpose for needing the funds Adrian immediately jumped into action. He provided words of comfort along with making me feel comfortable that he understood our plight. He took our information and said he will work this until we get this done. That is exactly what he did! Before the work day ended we shook hands and the funds was in my account. I am totally grateful, appreciative of the support, patience, and time he spent to bring this to fruition. One of the main reason I have been a member of Smart Financial Credit Union for 11 years is I have always felt they can be trusted, they are not arrogant and most of all they care.
