5 /5 Maria Ny: I left a message regarding a creditor continuing to send late statements to me now that my case is filed with the courts. The office was closed, so I left a message. Kaylee contacted me promptly the next business days (Monday, 12/28/20) to tell me that the law firm will be contacting the creditor straightaway to get the matter resolved. I appreciate how prompt she was and how she immediately spoke to me about a solution to the issue. I feel I’m in good hands.

They worked hard to get what I needed and were persistent in dealing with other stubbern parties who were trying to legally rob me. 2 /5 Patricia Givens: Well. I read the positive reviews and immediately I went straight to the web site and started my own journey. At first this office was great. I would having given them a glowing review if this was the end of my story. However, they quickly took the 800plus dollars for their fee. I was eager to get started so Dianica did assist me with navigating the web site to add bills. After this I have called sent messages by text and email but she does not respond. I am not leaving this review to get anyone in trouble. I just HATE being ignored. I have a meeting tomorrow hopefully and maybe some of this can be straightened out. Right now I am pretty upset with this law firm. I will update this review if things changes guys.
