2 /5 Hayley Glenn: Ive been with Simmons for several years now and havent had many issues, at least until yesterday. I had an issue with my online banking, I called the Sherman location for help and the woman I spoke with was unbelievably rude. I was asking her to explain something to me that I didnt understand, and she was not helpful at all, just kept telling me to look back over my transactions instead of helping me figure out where the issue was, and her tone was extremely unprofessional and condescending. No wonder your ratings are garbage! I will be finding a new bank this week. Ive had minor issues with the online banking and occasionally with the ATMs that I chose to overlook, but this snarky employee is the straw that broke that camels back. It really is unfortunate because there are a lot of very good employees at this location.
