The Real Young Mensah Literally this people came took my car and never sent me a letter. I emailed to get my bank account changed on the account they never updated and had the wrong address as well. I’ve been emailing no response and when i call I’m put on hold to be transferred and get hung up on! This is literally ridiculous! If I could give zero stars I would the experience has been terrible you have to jump through hoops even if you are going through a rough patch and they seem to not be knowledgeable on help if they aren’t in that specific department it’s baffling and disappointing.

Melissa Tritsch We’ve been banking at SouthStar Bank for 3 years. We initially went there because they have lock boxes. From the first time we walked in they exceeded our expectations! Their staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They remember you and addrwsss you by name each time you walk in. This week I was having an issue with Zelle. I went in and they researched until they figured out my specific problem and helped me resolve it. If customer service matters to you - as it does me - this is the bank for you!
