1 /5 Cara Thornton: Absolutely awful. They shut your cards off if theyve been compromised and dont notify you. They dont answer the phones EVER. Lost your card? Dont call the 1-800 number they provide on their website - it doesnt work! It took us 3-4 weeks to get our new debit cards after they canceled them. They no longer have an ATM there, and claim to give you 2 ATM charges back every month but they dont do that either. The newest teller they have gave me back the wrong amount of $ when I went inside to get money out. Just last night, my husband went to the gas station with my card, and it was declined. I will try it again this morning, and if it doesnt work I am removing every penny from that bank and going somewhere else. Absolutely horrible customer service. Definitely do no reccomend it.
