She met at my mom’s nursing facility several times and knew all the right questions to ask. She was able to explain things that we didn’t understand, clear up any confusion my mom had, and make the process easy. Not fun things to talk about or have to plan for, but her straightforward and wise manner helped us all get through it. We feel like we are all in a much better place having worked with Roger’s Law. She was diligent and extremely thorough in executing several important legal contracts which included a variety of documents when selling my large property, a special warrantee deed for my current property and with my divorce. She was extremely compassionate and easy to talk to regarding my needs. Anything to do with the legal process is nerve racking, to say the least, but Megan made sure I understand the process, explained what to expect along the way and what my options were, which confirmed that Megan was the right lawyer for me. 1 /5 Chris Vega: All I can say is I walked out of a free consultation with this lawyer. I am sure she was not a fit for me, and I am reviewing from my personal experience, this might not be the same for everyone. I am a young person, starting a business and seeking for professional advice. I went to meet with Megan and from the moment I walked through the door, I was not very welcomed. She was upset because I emailed the legal documents but I did not bring a physical copy with me (so if you live in 2023, this might be a problem for many young people who rely on technology). Anyways, the treatment was not the best and at the end, she made sure I understand that my experience, and professional background does not compare to her experience being a lawyer. She made me feel like my value as a professional was less than hers. I did feel very upset after meeting with her and it sucked that it was my first experience with a lawyer. After that, I walked out and would never come back or refer any personal connections or clients to this place. I am hoping the lawyer was just having a bad day, I am sure other people have not been treated this way. I will give her the benefit of the doubt. I do appreciate the legal knowledge she shared with me and I a sure she does a great job for other people or businesses.
