Ive officially switched to another company due to the terrible response I received from Gayatri. Her condescending tone made me feel belittled. I wont be returning to Allstate after this unpleasant encounter. Weve found another company offering better coverage at half the price, and their customer service, exemplified by Rick Ali, far surpasses Allstates.
