1 /5 IFA Team: Katherine is not only a bad attorney, but also a bad person. I hired her and paid her thousands of dollars. She refused to do the work, and upon asking, she would just say I have to charge you more even though she did not do anything. She stole my money flat out, and when asked to return the money or do the work, she stole the money, withdrew from the case, and as a result of her not filling any kind of paperwork, I lost my business and my damages are in the millions, and I will be suing her. She must have learned from the criminals she represents as she is the lowest for of life of humans and belong in jail. Help me God, I will be going after her for damages and get her disbarred, I know she does not belong in the profession as I am a lawyer myself.

1 /5 Tre Couvillion TC: Catherine Ferguson will take advantage of you and your situation to try and get as much money out of you as possible. My situation was cut and dry. Only accusations made against me and she charged me for almost 10 hours of her time ($2700). She absolutely DID NOT spend 10 hours on my situation. There is not even that much information to go over. My situation ended up being accusations dropped for defending myself. No charges filed, no court dates. Everything was dropped. I HAD TO REACH OUT OVER & OVER and finally after 6 months she sent me the receipt for services and $300 back of the $3000 retainer fee. Shady as it gets ! Life lesson: NEVER TRUST A LAWYER !

I highly recommend her services over all. Ive used 3 attorneys in 14 years for protecting my children. She is massively respected in all courts, honest, and responds quickly. 5 /5 Steven Strother: Michael Renshaw was my public defender for a DUI 3 felony charge. I was in Hunt County jail and at my first hearing was released on a PR bond with the judge actually saying, "I cannot tell you anything other than you have a very good lawyer!" I couldnt have gotten a better outcome if I had paid someone five grand!

1 /5 Diana Ballard: They dont deserve even a 1star, the Secretary is rude and very disrespectful. Attny was represented never complied about case failed to follow up with client. Refused to represent after agreeing to. Family tried calling them for case status and was told they will no longer represent my daughter, Secretary was very snoddy and hung up on her and then hung up on mom. Would not recommend
