She took time to listen to my needs and went above and beyond to try and accommodate what I was trying to do. This w as my second loan with her and would not want to use anyone else. I was even able to close on my loan on a Saturday which was amazing. I also got to meet Ashlee the Manager at the same location and my experience was just as good. These two ladies definitely represent you company well.

5 /5 K A: ASHLEY IS PHENOMENAL!! Since I first started with Ashley, she treated me well. Very humble, dedicated, and loyal. I seen her in office when there was no one else working, and I seen her when its mostly staffed, still keeping the same hard-working momentum. She was thorough with explanation of everything, and did it gracefully, with a smile on her face. This place has been a help in time of need not once, not twice, but three times when I was in need. The district manager on the other hand do need to learn to talk to her employees. I was in there and she was snappy, and rushing them to get things done, all in front of the customers! We know shes in charge. There was no need to exert her authority by showing whos boss the way she was doing so. Its the way she said things,not what she said it that made it condescending. Me personally, I couldnt work for her. Maybe shes the reason the office was empty other than Ashley when I first started coming here. Other than that they will help you. Oh, dont mind the guy in the back. Hes just checking you out, and listening to everything to see if he will approve you or not, if he can. They wont tell you that though.
