If were not able to meet in person, setting up a zoom is always an option. He is approachable, educated, has integrity and just an all-around nice guy.

GG Deborah was slow to respond to repeated requests for an error on the bank paying a promotion for new business checking account and they said it would take about 4 weeks to correct it. During account opening there was no notice of a monthly charge to provide paper statements on a so-called "no-fee account".....keeping Chase, at least they are straight forward and not sneaky with fees. Follow up: selected paperless online but was told it will probably take another cycle before they stop charging!
