1 /5 john wingenbach: We just opened a savings account for my daughter. Came by on a Saturday morning to deposit some loose change I had and the teller told me the change counter was closed on the weekends. There were no other customers at the bank. It smacked of small town attitude and blatant laziness. Were probably going to close the account and find a bank that wants our business and has a modicum of customer service.

1 /5 B Miller: My mother-in-law is 84 years old. Every month I assist her in balancing her checkbook.... I called to inquire on her account balance, and was told that I was "impersonating" her; I guess because i had all the information they needed to give me the balance. They refused to share this one piece of information. Therefore I had to get her to call. Which is the whole reason I help her, she doesnt like dealing with the phone cause she cant hear well ....

2 /5 Madelyn Darius: The ladies are nice enough but the gentleman with the beard gives no greeting and looks like he just doesnt want to be there and is annoyed that youre there bothering him. One person can bring down the whole vibe.

1 /5 Mushroom Button: As a new customer I tried to place a simple zelle transaction. This automatically placed my account on hold. The call center was not helpful. Not their fault. Eventually I was told that my account was put on hold for my protection, because I had placed a zelle transaction within the first 30 days of opening the account. Had I written a check this would not have happened. This is arrogant, lazy and insulting. I requested to speak with a senior bank executive. This did not happen. Bottom line: It is 2024! Lazy policies are counter productive.

5 /5 John Wood: This bank is awesome. They have always been very nice to me and remember my name every time. Ive gotten 2 mortgages and 2 private loans with them. I highly recommend them
