1 /5 Luna Mcbeth: Bad customer service I spoke with a woman by the name of Madi Cela and I just wanted to make a payment for my grand father so she pulled the money from my account then said Well your not your grandfather So I would need his authorization for you to make the payment and I said OK well I’m two minutes away from my house if you could just hold for two minutes two minutes I will get his approval for me to make the payment she just hung up and the payment was still pulled for my card so when I got home and called back to make a payment he now has no insurance on his car now. now because there is insufficient funds because of the money that they pulled and voided so I called my bank and I called them back saying that I needed for a request form of the void to be put in an email to my bank including my first last name card number the merchants name caller’s name phone number and authorization number and he said well we are unable to get the authorization number right now because are financial person does not work today. & all I really needed was for them to fax my bank that they pulled it and voided it so that I can get the money put back on my card and pay the insurance. But nope she said sorry maybe try agin tomorrow. So now I’m waiting to see when it will go back on my account and for now There is no insurance on any of the cars on his account. Thanks for nothing . I’m very disappointed in the quality of the service I had received.
