5 /5 mark adkins: Pams employees are very helpful and give good advice to how to save money on insurance and keep the same coverage. They cut my insurance bill in half and plus i get money back for safe driving. I advise anyone to call and get a quote, and Pam needs to ensure her employees are well paid.

1 /5 Daniel Subia: During our stint with this company and had the displeasure of canceling a couple of policies, of which i was expecting some form of refund or credit to my account, for the advance payment of the policy. It was never received or mentioned. Second issue was the charge of $28.00 for change of address which was charged as "change of zip code". The change in question, was from one P O Box to another. It was in the same building at the same zip code. The only change was the bill from the insurance agency and the size of the box, which was four rows up. i cannot believe that an unfair charge can be made in such a manner from a corporation of this size.

1 /5 Angie Felix: Do not purchase vehicle or home insurance from Allstate believe you are not in good hands their coverage has doubled in price in less then a year if you were to ever need them to file a claim they dont answer phone calls or emails the management is never available worse customer service ever they are very rude and customer service is not their priority and they will put the blame on you even when accident is not your fault if your vehicle is not ready within the 30 days you have to pay for any overages on the rental out of pocket when you have any questions they never have an answer they just say it will take time and its out of their hands they dont even try to help in any way possible the 1 star is a bit much if I was able to give them negative stars I would save yourself the headache and get your insurance through a different insurance provider Allstate has gone down in what they offer especially in Midland Texas .

2 /5 Robin Hilliard: Called to cancel insurance after 10 years because they were over charging us and we found same coverage for half the price they took the payment out anyway so we called and they said they would refund my money but they are going to keep 25 dollars anyway.Stay Away from allstate Pam Nichols she dont even care enough to talk to you in person. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.

1 /5 Becki Murphy Wilson: Car insurance twice as much as new well known agency for same coverage and refused to consider condition of roof versus age. Informed roof would not be covered upon renewal and yet it’s had no issues, leaks or damage. Disappointed to say the least considering having been an Allstate customer the majority of my life.
