She immediately verified no conflicts of interests over the same phone call, explained to me that the confidential consultation would be recorded, and then offered me 3 options to meet with Mr. Palmer: phone, video conference​, or in-person. I chose in-person and she was able to schedule my consultation to occur quickly in just 2 days. When the consultation occurred in Allen, TX I was greeted by the very gracious Ms. Bradley who also attended. Mr. Palmer listened to everything I had to say and reviewed the documents I had brought with me. He gave me honest answers or opinions to all my questions based on his professional experience. The probate issue was resolved by Dana Palmers Law Group after over 3 years of tears, frustration, turmoil, and a lack of progress working with another law firm who failed to resolve the matter. I worked with Daniel Bohmer and Terri Shumway who were reliable, consistent, professional, and on top of the situation the entire way! Both Daniel and Terri were always working in my best interest and gave me a great sense of relief knowing that they were working on my behalf to resolve the contested matter that I brought to them in 2023. The reception staff were always available, efficient, pleasant, and willing to assist me anytime I called. The law firm was open and willing to work for my cause through the "Contingency Plan" that they were able to offer me. The plan required that I pay 33.3% of the award from the estate once Dana Palmer Law Group resolved the matter, in which I thought was fair and doable for my situation.
