Celeste M I come here for the business I work for and every single time Jenna and Kara go above and beyond for their customers. Even when Im waiting in line, they are caring, quick, and efficient. Some people hate going to the bank but I always look forward to it because of these sweet ladies!

Frederick Davis These people came in when previous Finance Mgmt company had to stop doing business due to deaths in the management chain. Jim, Greg, Rachel and Taylor stepped up and took full responsibility for our investments and we haven’t looked back.

caden swain Edit: rave reached out to me and apologized for the oversight. Very professional and apologetic. They got my card working again. Revised from 1 star to 4. Original post: Terrible bank. My account got restricted from a nsf fee. I paid the fee in person plus some extra and was told the account would be unlocked immediately. I go to draw out cash after my check dropped and was unable to due to the account still being restricted. There is no way to get emergency cash if need be. My money is being held hostage. There’s no support after hours.. I reccomend neches or some other financial institution.

Kaleb Brittain Was in there less than 30 minutes. Open a checking and saving account. The manager Bryan was super helpful and very nice. Awesome experience. I’ll recommend everybody to go.
