1 /5 Mandy Wilson: Can’t get in to make payments. When you sign up for help and need the help they talk to you like your 5. Not to mention “approving” me at a certain interest rate and then when I go to sign the docs, it’s higher. I’ve been paying for over 3 years and my balance is less than $1k then when I applied for the loan. It’s absolutely effing ridiculous.

1 /5 Stephanie Mallard: Horrible, unprofessional, nasty attitude, rude tone from office manager and lil desk girl. I borrowed $12k pd it off through my bank, check went to their old address. My banker(sweet lady) pkd it up took to them. NEVER AGAIN!!

1 /5 Keona Newsome: They are terrible!!! They lie constantly and its a running around game with them. We wasted multiple trips and missed days of work for nothing ! Brittney(not sure if thats correctly spelling) was the one who helped us and did a terrible job. Asked for cooperate number and they purposely gave me the wrong number. Ask for a supervisor and they said they didnt have one there today. I would never reccomend any one to use them. The negative reviews are 100% true and I wish I would have read them before going to them! If I could rate them a 0 I would!

5 /5 Marshall Whitley: Had an excellent experience an One Main. The staff was excellent. Discussed my needs and I closed on $9500 loan in one and a half hours. I would definitely recommend them if you need money and have less than perfect credit.
