1 /5 Stephen Black: I called for a quote on a new policy for three vehicles and was told to hold for someone. After a minute or two the phone was answered and the person on the other end told me they were too busy at the moment and would call me back. They never did. I eventually found another Nationwide agent out of town.

1 /5 Dave Everett: They dont fix anything. Just moved in it was a mistake. The apartment was dirty. Lights switches dont work. Fire hazards. Apts next door main line is leaking water is running. Making mud for me to walk through. Down stairs bath leaks out of tub. Up stairs toilet runs had to turn it off. They have been notified in writing as per request. They said the apartment was ready too move in. Omg. They dont care about anything. I need out of these lease. Oh the pools are closed as well they told me when I moved in it would be next week. Now its next month. The wood on the patios are rotten. Gutters are full or damaged they dont work . Pot holes , rates, raccoons, wild cats, when it rains it flooding. Retanwalls are falling over. If I owned these place I would have it like these. Its like they dont have any money to fix anything.

1 /5 Sean Callender: Well they raised my premium without telling me. Kinda messed up how these insurance companies do this over and over till you pay too much. This is why i left AAA
