ashoryb 1014 Well i was blown away by the service i got. I called about something on my credit and I spoke with an Aron there. He was so patient and explained everything. Im shocked at the amount of customer service he provided me and it makes me happy that i didnt have someone yelling at me on the other end of the line. I wish they had all my debt. I would call Aron every time for sure. lol Thank you R & R for having quality service and collectors who understand how to treat others with respect.

Misty Taylor Trish is amazing, When I first got my car the old finance guy are horrible and rude. Trish and the other lady that works here have been so amazing and helpful. I plan on getting a new car with them. Cant say enough about Trish. Love her. Thank you for always being so helpful..

Cheryl Crowder Very proactive. I received a text warning of suspicious activity early on a Federal holiday. I was able to call their 24/7 customer service & record the transaction as fraudulent, refuse the charges & cancel the card, this protecting my account balance. Picked up a new card the very next day...wasnt charged a "new card" fee or mailing charges. Overall, they relieved my stress...very professional & proactive!!
