1 /5 Cindy Gibson: I hired Mr Morris in August 2016 to update my corporate book and prepare Asset Purchase and Lease Agreements. He asked for a $2500 retainer fee. He did prepare the documents for signature by the agreed-on time, but getting those signed documents and corporate book back from him has proved to be a 6-month order. Over 25 calls and 14 emails requesting them went unreturned. Two visits to their office to retrieve the documents also were unproductive. I finally received some of the originals 5 months later. Instead of the accounting I requested, I received a slapped-together, vague "invoice" requesting more money (6 months later), and two original signed documents that were never sent to me are "not in their possession."
