1 /5 J. Winston Booth: I dont think she understands how to use email. I reached out to Western Union - they no longer offer telegrams. Professionally, she is known for two things 1) Ignoring emails. 2) Always filing a TRO. Your milage may vary.

1 /5 Rebecca Wells: Do not hire Holly Gotcher if you have an uncontested divorce situation. She seems to only prioritize and communicate with clients in contentious situations that obviously line her pockets more so than the former. Someone very close to me has essentially been held hostage by Holly as their simple, uncontested divorce could have been filed with the court and finalized at least 3 months ago and it’s still not over! Many people close to this particular situation have been forced to experience undue duress for several months as a result of her negligence, abhorrent lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and disorganization. It appears that her assistant has been trained in the same manner regarding client care. They may or may not answer the phone or reply to an email. Once you do finally track them down, they will tell you what you want to hear and make an empty promise only to be disappointed and frustrated one to two weeks later as zero progress has been made and with no updates. What a complete waste of time, money and other resources this has been. I have spoken with other people who used her in similar situations that share the same negative experience. Even an employee in the county clerk’s office validated this reoccurring theme with Holly of dragging things out and making things way more stressful than necessary for all involved. Sounds like she needs additional help as her schedule is obviously overcommitted.
