1 /5 Jose Parrales: Be aware of these crooks, and Im referring to the married couple running this business. I came here for years until I eventually got screwed over, getting audited over $20,000 (which these crooks pocketed) by the IRS due to phony itemizations listed in my "schedule A" I wasnt aware of. For example: cash donations I never made, business expenses I never had, ETC. After doing some research and talking to REAL tax preparers that actually worked for the IRS, they reviewed everything she did and come to find out everything she did in all my tax documents all these years was shady, in other words, OVER the radar. I asked to get the MAXIMUM return possible every year, who doesnt want that? isnt that what is advertised on TV commercials like H&R Block? I wanted the max return, yes, of course. BUT never did I tell her to do something illegal to obtain this. I put all of my trust in this person. I really wish I had done all of my research on things to watch out for when paying to get your taxes done by someone. The red flags were there all along, I just never saw them, because I trusted so much. I dont have any knowledge when it comes to doing taxes, thats why I paid a so called professional to do them for me so I dont have to worry about it. Did you know that when a tax preparer prepares your taxes and then tells you theyll get their service fees you owe them deducted from your tax return is a HUGE red flag? You are only supposed to receive your refund from the IRS, not some 3rd party bank because this allows for all sorts of manipulation and fraudulent activities to take place. I was never aware of this. This is exactly what she did with me and hundreds of others. Maybe shes not doing it anymore because of all the backlash they received from the hundreds of victims, but I wouldnt chance it with them. Im not here to bash on them or anything like that, because they will be judged by a higher power eventually when their time comes. I am here to warn everyone, and instead hire a legitimate tax preparer to do your taxes to avoid this dreadful situation I was in or try and learn doing your own tax
