5 /5 Shannon McWilliams: Ive seen Michelle on two different times while trying to do my own divorce. The first visit, I was set to hire her. She told me I didnt need an attorney. My divorce would be very simple and she got me going in the right direction, telling me all the forms that I would need. With my second visit, she was able to help me finish up some paperwork that I was unsure about and made sure I was ready for court. She is very honest and fair. I highly recommend her.

1 /5 Kira Hughes: My father is represented by Michelle. In January he went to her office to turn himself in and she advised him not to do so and sent him home. The victim of the case sent an affidavit of non prosecution to Michelle and she stated that she sent it to DA. However, the DA confirmed with the victim that they never received it from Michelle or her staff. I tried several times to get updates on my father since I have power of attorney and the staffs exact words were y’all don’t pay us the state does! Do not call back this office we will not pick up!! I was like wow they really just admitted that if they are court appointed they just look at you like another number. She had all evidence that this case was bogus and still has yet to do the right thing by client. In 5 months he has yet got a visit from Michelle nor has he been able to speak to her on the phone. This is not Justice this is corruption.

1 /5 Carrie McMurtry: This woman is by far the sorriest attorney I’ve ever seen and she’s running for county judge funny because she also dose pro bono cases and in no way shape or form represents her clients if anything she is not trying to get anyone off of any kind of allegations as a matter of fact she has even gone as far as getting her clients bonds set aside because of her lack of communication I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy

5 /5 Kyle French: My last stand after having 6 other substandard attorneys botch my case and cause irreparable damage. I am highly satisfied with the manner of which Ms. Merendino handles her cases and sees through the B.S. of opposing counsel who has lined up the dominoes. Regardless of the outcome, I know she has my back. I sleep better knowing I am not fighting alone.
