Having dealt with a number of agencies and agents over a period of sixty years, I found Julia one of the best. 1 /5 Dylan Krohn: This guy is a bold face liar who refuses to take any accountability for his own screw up. Ive been with Allstate for many years, and I have always had full coverage insurance with rental car coverage. We swapped out an old caliber with a newer Accent and Michael asked me if I wanted the same coverage as the other 2. I said yes. And I didnt notice that he failed to add the rental coverage with that car until my daughter was in an accident. Now he refuses to help me and is lying to corporate when I filed an investigation. Stay as far away from this guy. He gives zero ounce of care for his clients, only his pocketbook.
