He always takes the time to help me and my family. Even though I live in Lubbock now getting communication has been smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend this CU!

I was with them for multiple years and went through the laboring process of being on hold with their card services companies to get cards replaced and then waiting for weeks to get them in the mail. When their accountant Ruby was to busy to call me back or come to the front of the bank when I was supposed to talk with her about an issue, I decided to leave this bank. Do not recommend
