Yesi Gurl1912 Mr Roy Scott sure did do his job today! He supported his client 100% & the judge did not like it! I had never seen that before, in my life! I knew my gut feeling about hiring Mr Scott was correct! I wanted to go speak to him but he left quickly...please tell him how amazed & proud we are to have him as our Lawyer! The whole court room had their mouths dropped...I know he is going to be the best Choice weve made! Thank yall for all you are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A dismissal and was able to finish my conditional dismissal earlier then expected. thanks to Jason. dawn also helped me with in court stuff. And because of the representation I able to be move forward with a clean record.

Anna A Charges Consultation fee. We were pleased with the consultation which continued our services with them. During the consultation Mr. Alberto Garcia stated my case would take at the most 3 months. Services started in April and ended in November which took a total of 7 months. His secretary Laura was horrible! She was inexperienced in our type of case which lead to the long process altogether. Mr. Garcia seemed to always be out of the office, busy, on vacation, excuse after excuse (according to his secretary). Even with 2 scheduled appointments I was not able to have a meeting with him in regards to our dissatisfaction with the process. For my second scheduled appointment, after I waited at the office for 15 minutes Laura failed to inform me that Mr. Garcia was not even aware of the scheduled meeting and he was unavailable to meet. Finally, I stated to Laura I had it with them and that I was going to report their office to the State Bar. I was able to meet with Mr. Garcia and after that my case went into over drive and was completed within a month! Overall, I do not recommend The Law Office of Alberto Garcia because of the unprofessional environment.

First Last I contacted Mike Wallace because my father had passed and he had an active bankruptcy case at the time of his death. I tried to reach out to the attorney that originally resided over my fathers bankruptcy case but he was unwilling to help or answer any questions despite me offering to pay a consultation fee for his time. I just needed some questions answered but he said he couldnt help and was quite dismissive. So I contacted Mike Wallace to see if anything could be done so that if possible, I could prevent any of my fathers creditors from coming after his estate. Mr. Wallace was very accommodating and said that if I could get him a case number, he would look up my fathers case and see what could be done. Mike & Jill texted me, they called me and even set up a time that I could call back and speak with him so that they could give me an update on what he had found out regarding my fathers case. Unfortunately in my situation, there was not much that could be done because too much time had passed but I will say that Im very grateful that Mr. Wallace was willing to help me when the original attorney my dad hired in Sulphur Springs would not. Mr. Wallace wouldnt even accept a consultation fee for his time. As I mentioned above, sometimes even when youre willing to pay people to help you, they will not always help you but Mr. Wallace took the time and effort to look into the case and give me feedback regarding this particular matter. Even though there was not much that could be done because of the length of time that passed, it really is a huge relief when you can at least get some answers to the questions that you have. If there was something in my particular case that could have been done, I would have moved forward with Mike Wallaces services because he was willing to help me, call, text and consult with me about what he had learned regarding my particular situation. Bankruptcy is a very sensitive matter regardless if its tied to an estate or if youre in a situation where you may have to file but if youre looking for someone who will treat you with dignity and respect and not shove you off to voicemail, I would highly recommend that you give Mike or Jill Wallace a call so that they can help you.
