I suggest you go take a refresher class if your going to continue working under a law firm & while your at it communication class as well because the way you speak to strangers is uncalled for says a lot about yourself .

Paralegals play a crucial role in guiding clients through the legal process, yet the one I interacted with was unhelpful, dismissive, and at times, outright rude. I had simple, reasonable questions about what to expect during the court process, and instead of providing clear guidance, I was met with a condescending attitude and vague, uninformative answers. Her lack of professionalism and knowledge made it difficult for me to feel confident in the firm overall and even made me reconsider hiring the attorney. If this firm wants to maintain its reputation, I strongly suggest they invest in hiring professional, well trained, and courteous paralegal who understand that part of their job is client support not acting as a barrier to it.

I felt unsupported throughout the process, and it seemed like their main priority was getting paid through MetLife rather than truly helping me. Communication was disorganized, and it felt like they were juggling more clients than they could handle effectively. If you’re going through something as serious and personal as a divorce, I strongly recommend reaching out to Denise Williams Lewis instead. She is professional, compassionate, and truly advocates for her clients. Denise handled my case with the care and support I needed during one of the most difficult times in my life.
