1 /5 Cody Foster: So I was approved for my case everything was there they needed to proceed but if it’s not a guarantee win where they don’t have to actually do anything they won’t take it I tried multiple times and get told well we don’t have anyone available for it so we will have to pass or there isn’t enough time they’re supposed to be attorneys they can file a continuance but that involves doing something so they just pass on it also they won’t answer your calls or emails I don’t see how anyone can offer to help people in need agree it fits their criteria then just pass it up because it wouldn’t be quick and easy

2 /5 Dee Nice Vedder: It took them nearly 2 weeks to inform me that they could not help me, after taking all my information, due to the case being filed in a county out of their service area, next to the county I reside in, that is in their service area. It would have been nice to have been informed of such in a more timely manner so that I could have sought help from another agency with a more acceptable amount of time remaining before my deadline to file my response to the court. Thanks for nothing!

1 /5 Henry A. Ferguson III: I can never reach anyone on the phone. When I drive there, no one is there and they are closed. The only time I reached ANYONE from this company, the guy was so rude, condescending, and dismissive I was seriously shocked!

1 /5 Frieda Younts Micheletti: I have been trying for TWO MONTHS to get a hold of someone. You can only call on Mondays and Fridays between 9-11am to apply for services. I call every ten minutes on both days each week. The line rings 3 times and then a recording announces to call back later because theyre busy helping other clients. Who are these other clients?? What is the secret to getting through on this phone line??
