1 /5 Leticia Robles: Do NOT go with Lilly! She took $6500 and did absolutely NOTHING! I asked her for a work note so they could know what was going on and she sent me a note that didn’t even have her information. I asked her to put her information, she said she would. Weeks go by and I asked her about the note she said “well you told me to edit it” I said “yeah to add your information to it.” I asked her for an itemized bill of the $6500, she said “I’ll get it done.” To this day no itemized bill was given. She was supposed to submit an application and when I asked her if she had received documents she had asked me for she said yes. Well about 3 weeks go by and she asked me if “I sent the documents to her email that she had asked for” I said “what do you mean? Those documents were sent over 3 weeks ago have you not seen them?” That’s when I began to worry about her lying. She hadn’t even seen the document or filed the application. To this day I don’t even know if she filled it or not. But most importantly she did NOTHING for the father of my kids. I asked for proof of what she submitted, which included multiple legal documents ,over 5 times she was asked and NEVER provided proof of submission or receipt that would be given upon submission. Let’s talk about communication with her. She lacks communication skills. When she would be called she would reply with a “call you later” or “call you back in a few minutes.” She did not return calls, I would be the one calling and calling. I want a refund, maybe not all of it but a partial would be fair. She took fully advantage of the situation we were on. She doesn’t care about her clients. So go with someone else but not with Lilly Plummer.

1 /5 Jenny Hernandez: Most unprofessional unproductive lawyer I’ve ever encountered. Took over $10,000 did not do any of the work. Now legal fees to clean up the mess she created are unbelievable. Definitely would NOT recommend using her for any services. She will take your money and never provide you with services. She needs to be disbarred

1 /5 B H: Had an imminent divorce that needed to be filed as well as an EPO for my relative. We met with her and she said she would draw up the paperwork. Gave good advice however they couldn’t take payment nor did we ever hear another word from them. Wouldn’t answer the phone when we tried to call back numerous times. Horrible response to helping someone trying to get away from an abusive relationship. Look elsewhere
