1 /5 Aaliyah Davis: Im a great customer I never pay my loan late however when I am done with this loan I’m going to get another loan NOT with Lendmark and especially not with this location! There was an issue with the car I purchased and when I asked to speak to the manager Krystle she never called me about the issue. When I was calling to pay she seems annoyed, lacked compassion and empathy. She gave me a generic response with no suggestions and was not able to make any resolve with me. Months later, Rebecca told me I could refinance, roll over current balance, and get a new car if I wanted. I decided not to because the lack of compassion from the store manager and this should have been mentioned when I first reached out in distress. All the manager had to do was tell me that months ago or even act like she cared! You guys just lost a loyal customer not just this location but LENDMARK! Thanks for helping me raise my credit to get a new car with a loan company that actually cares about their clients!
