1 /5 Austin Stewart: One Star Review for Law Boss and Attorney Ian Nelsen I would give zero stars if I could. I have been dealing with a million-dollar lawsuit through this firm for over a year after being hit by a commercial vehicle, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Communication has been absolutely terrible. I rarely received updates on my case, and when I did, the information was vague or incomplete. My injuries are permanent—damage to my eye and teeth—yet they couldn’t get me the medical help I desperately needed. Even worse, despite the severity and value of my case, they failed to secure any funding to help me through this process. The lack of professionalism and compassion has been shocking. This firm seems far more concerned about money than the well-being of their clients. After a year of stress, pain, and being left in the dark, I feel completely abandoned and deeply disappointed. I would never recommend Law Boss or Ian Nelsen to anyone seeking real help in a serious legal matter.

5 /5 Kameka Stewart: Law Boss Firm from the beginning to the end has always treated me with respect and always gave me the correct information and always respected my opinion. They are communication was amazing I will definitely go through LawBoss again if I ever need them again. I originally had Mica but then was assigned to Chase and he was amazing. He kept me in the loop of everything he answer any questions if I ever needed anything. He was so patient because of my case was a little tricky after Chase, I had Mr. Nelson and he was great also. He kept me updated in the loop of my case and what to expect, and he gave me his honest opinion if I ever ask the question, so I really appreciate that. After Mr. Nelson I had Mrs.Helu for my closing and she was amazing. She got it closed quickly and kept me updated on everything I can say this Law Firm has been truly amazing to me with my case and theyre very knowledgeable.
