1 /5 Dori Lee: This man Thomas made promises to over $50k would anwser any call and question while we were going through hard times. Initial he said him and my husbands prosecutor had an agreement for his sentencing. When the day came he was not prepared we looked like fools in court my Husband got sentenced to something way higher than we initially discussed. After court he came and spoke with the family and told us do not be sad or discouraged he would help us lower his sentence and just give him time. My husband has sat In there 4 years he has done nothing to help him. He won’t take our calls he schedules a call my husband waits his money on calls and he has his secretary make up a lie like he’s going to Mexico for weeks as if there is no cell phone services. He is by far the worse lawyer ever and charged over 50k. Now they are irritated when we ask for follow ups on motions we submit to try to get my husband released earlier. Please stay far from this lawyer he promised a lot and does not deliver even though I have recommended many other cases for him. Very disappointed he will take your money and forget about you. Leave you at your lowest and not respond. Absolutely the worse experience ever. He’s only in it for the $ when he gets it he’s a ghost.*******update the week of Dec 21, 2023 I am trying to get my husbands court transcripts after he has wrote Thomas requesting and has been ignored time and time again. I called hoping to get the issue resolved instead I get a phone call from Thomas saying because of this review he’s is suing me for defaming his character when I’m nearly speaking on my experience with him!! So he called yelled and threaten me I have everything recorded and said he would see me in court!! Still no help still no transcripts and hung up in my face!! So now not only does he refuse to help and blamed me for not snitching and helping my husband get his time reduced now I’m going to be sued!!! And he gave me 4 days to delete this review!! This has turned into a nightmare all over some Paperwork we need to appeal his case. And he refuses to help us by giving them up.
