We were thinking about going with Mark, and it just so happens I have (3) neighbors who know him on a personal level and had nothing but wonderful things to say so I guess that made the decision easy! Mark has been instrumental in what we needed, and since then, Ive asked his help on other matters! There is a bad stigma on lawyers, but in my experience with Mark, I believe him to be a genuine, God-fearing man who wants to help honest every day Texans! We are grateful for this man and will continue to reach out to him for legal matters!

1 /5 Robert Sullivan: I contacted Mark about 2 issues and told him so at the beginning of the conversation. He addressed the first issue and quoted me a price. I was fine and was going to proceed with that offer. Then I started to tell him about the second issue and he cut me off and said you need to pay for a consultation. I am not even sure if he would be the right attorney for the second situation. I am looking for 1 attorney to do both. He arrogantly interrupted and said you need to pay me for a consultation. I am shocked he would not take the two minutes to hear the much bigger and also much better paying case. And no I was not asking for free advise. I just wanted to hear I can help you with that matter. I have dealt with many professionals and that is the rudest treatment I have ever had.

5 /5 CHRIS MURPHY: Called 10 other lawyers every time I ask a question they all Acted disinterested.I called Mark he called me back in a short period of time.I was busy told him I would call him right back in about five minutes he answered the phone we talked at Length. He was very straightforward and forth coming and very assertive. I was very impressed.

He handled my divorce in the utmost professional and efficient manner. I was impressed with his honesty and litigation experience. 5 /5 Greg Willis: I have not actually used Marks services, but I did call him with a question regarding an issue where he had a chance to make some money. He advised me to go the other route, not using his services. I was impressed that he would tell me that. Its always nice when you find someone who you know is being honest with you, even though it cost him the opportunity to make a few bucks. I will use him the nest time I need an attorney.
