Regarding those leaving complaints about phone calls not being returned in a timely manner, I would like to point out that A.) this is a solo practice firm with a very small staff and B.) her assistant John was very proactive in completing my intake and providing timely contact. 1 /5 albert moreno: My daughter chose her to represent her in a child support case. Linda does not respond to messages. Total lack of communication with the client that paid in full. I believe she is in breach of contract and should be sued. She hasn’t completed the l most simplest of tasks to complete the order the judge placed over two months ago. Linda wanted my youngest daughter to make herself available to testify in a child support case. I thought that was kind of strange. She did as was asked and she was never called to the stand. She cost us about $500 for travel costs. Linda is totally incompetent and should face sanctions by the bar. She sure does know how to vacation on clients money. If you’re reading this and are in need of legal representation, do yourself a favor and find a real attorney and save yourself the headache. She was hired to go after a deadbeat but my daughter got a deadbeat attorney instead. If I could go less than 1 star I would.

1 /5 Katelynn Smith: Literally the worst attorney. Ever. No communication for weeks, drug out case longer than needed. I paid up front for a contested divorce... it ended up being uncontested and as amicable as a divorce could possibly be- he didn’t even have an attorney. Once everything was finalized she sends me an invoice showing I owe more money and that she worked something like 18 hours on my Case.... I’m being generous when I say she may have done three hours worth of work. She was literally useless. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office at all cost. It’s been 6 months and they are still calling me to pay the balance. She was so awful I absolutely refuse to give her another dime.

1 /5 ruth cong: I dont know how they stay in business. I am looking into the online divorce process as I want to take this matter back to my own hand. I dont feel the support I need at all. The office employee told me they are going to draft the dicovery request and told me that they cannot promose a timeline, depending on what comes up, they will prioritize and cannot provide a timeline. I followed up again two weeks later, and this is what I heard from the lawyer: "We will serve your husband discovery requests just as soon as they are ready." Is there any value in this response?
