1 /5 Lacrisha Williams: Hired April of 2024 to represent me on a 11 year old case. I paid 7,300 cash upfront. Before I gave Kyle a dime he was helpful and seemed to be understanding of my identity theft situation. The case should have been an easy dismissal due to a lot of issues within the case. Instead of fighting for me Kyle wanted to convince me that being on probation was the way to go. He never looked at evidence or compared anything. He honestly didnt show he cared after he got the money. I later found out the DA did t even want to take the case to trial so you would think that was an indicator for him to move in and file a motion to dismiss. He never did that at all. He worked with the DA to try to get me 3 years probation. I agreed to it just to see how you would react and he was all too thrilled for my liking. I wind up firing Kyle 2 days before my September court date and I hired Billy Clark of Dallas to get the job done. Billy Clark got on the job and did his investigations,which Kyle never did, and got my case dismissed!!! Do not trust these Baylor Law school graduates because they scratch each others backs. If you want an attorney that will fight for you, HIRE BILLY CLARK OF DALLAS!! There is a lot of racism that goes in in McLennan County. Do not trust these people. They will take your money,smile in your face and then try to get you to pay more money by being on probation and convincing you thats the best outcome. If I had trusted Kyle King I would be on 3 years probation right now instead of enjoying the victory of a dismissed case which was dismissed by the exact same DA that he said wouldnt dismiss the case. A total waste of my money but a lawsuit will be filed. This was updated 03/13/2025after my case was dismissed 03/10/2025.
