5 /5 Julio Reyes: This is my testimonial of my experience working with Steven Cadena from Laredo Commercial Insurance Agency. He is very professional and kind gentlemen and very trustworthy. I have been working with this agent for 2 years, and everything has been very good with service and communication no complaints! At my 1st insurance renewal which was this past year, I wanted to shop around to make sure he was giving me the best prices/deal. He did give me several options but I wanted to test the insurance market. So, I quoted with several other agents, one in particular made me sign a BOR (broker of record) this is to allow the other agent access to the quote Mr. Cadena had already given me. I didn’t know the significances and the other agent didn’t explain it was the same quote, even though I told him I didn’t want any of these insurance carriers, LCIA had already given me, of that so yeah, I signed it. Through this whole process I was already out of insurance coverage and my trucks have been stopped for longer than 2 weeks. This other agent couldn’t get everything I needed so I got frustrated that I left Mr. Cadena he was ready to bind so, I called Mr. Cadena back to let him know what happened. He knew I took away the quote from him, he didn’t get mad or hurt, he said no worries I have another carrier and within 2 days he got me another quote which was just as good and we were back to work. He saved my operation from being stopped and we thank him for everything! We are truly grateful and appreciate it very much!
