The compensation they are offering does not reflect the true impact this accident has had on my life, including not only the physical pain but also the emotional and financial toll. On top of that, I lost my car during the whole process, which has made everything even harder to manage.
I feel like my case has not been given the attention and seriousness it deserves. The communication has been lacking, and it seems like they are more focused on getting a quick settlement than ensuring that I receive a fair and just outcome. The amount is equivalent to the insurance offer.
