4 /5 Paige Swammy: Everyone was really helpful and nice. I had to seek out an attorney on the fly and they were available for a consultation the same day. I do love that they have a portal to view everything in one place. Due to the nature of my case, it was pretty much a slam dunk for us but I am still grateful for their reassurance. My only complaint is that the expectations around all the legal events and timelines are not very clear. We wrapped up mediation and I thought that was it. I wish I was given a heads up about timelines and other factors that could affect final orders being submitted. It has been almost 4 months since mediation and I wouldnt know if its normal to not have the orders finalized by OC and signed by a judge by now. Same thing for when we were scheduled for a temporary orders hearing - I had no idea we could be sitting there all day and/or held up due to other cases taking time with the judge. Setting these expectations in advance would have helped a lot, but other than that everyone is excellent and had no problem clarifying when Id ask.
