She worked to get me all the discounts along with helping me get a situation with the initial home inspection resolved within a couple of days. 1 /5 Chase Lynn: Warning/Red flag: Quit paying my insurance policy once they raised it $80 on me. From 260 to 340. After I canceled it, they continued to draw renters insurance from my account so I called and canceled that. Then I get a call from my OLD insurance agent ( Becky Quijano. Then miss butt hurt Becky texts Me repeatedly trying to justify her little girl behavior with more little girl behavior. Please hire employees that don’t let their emotions get mixed in with their work) asking why I canceled sounding all butt hurt like I just broke up with her after the eighth grade dance. Told her I found someone that is charging me half of what they charge me and she said “We probably could’ve gotten you down to $135 If you just would’ve called me and tried to work something out” Initially put me at 260 but you could’ve gone down to 135? Then raised it to 340 but you could’ve gone to 135? This place is a joke.

I decided to call Two Rivers Insurance Agency after I saw their office while driving home from downtown and I am so glad I did. Becky was very helpful in finding the right Homeowners Policy for me as well as new Auto Coverage at significantly lower cost. In an age where insurance is often purchased over the internet it was nice to actually talk in person to discuss my insurance needs. The quotes had great coverage and were much better than I had received from other insurance companies. Becky was very accommodating and when I asked her to follow up with me a few days later, she was very attentive and helped me finalize my policies exactly when I was ready.
