Brittany Stewart Thomas Carnes is the best attorney in Fredericksburg, and anywhere outside of Fred. I had another attorney before him who would not listen to me and pretty much ignored anything I wanted, just did whatever he felt. You can tell Carnes really cares, and will walk you through everything instead of just saying do this or that. I’m glad I went to him and had him on my side. If you need help with a divorce, especially one that’s difficult, go with him!

Bethany Nichols Attorney,Tracy Bush and her staff, are amazing! Attorney Bush was recommended to me when we were in need of a Medicaid attorney. She and her staff did not disappoint. I was able to work directly with her, her Legal Assistant Tanya, and Anne. They made the process seamless for which I am grateful. Their communication is second to none. Jeff Bauer Josh is legit. If you have a negative view of lawyers, the moral standard he keeps will shift your paradigm. It took one year from divorce start to mediated settlement. Erin Williams I cant recommend Kelly and Caperton Walling Law Firm enough. Kelly helped me quickly update my loved ones legal documents when we ran into unexpected issues with financial institutions requiring them to be in updated formats. Kelly was extremely easy to work with, making herself available to me on short notice and being very responsive throughout the process when I had questions. Kelly even worked with me when I was unable to bring my loved one into her office, helping me find a mobile notary that could come to the assisted living facility so we could execute the documents there!
