What I need is a truly bizarre situation, that is outside of his many specialties, and he told me this (just over the phone, I was not charged) and gave me some all around advice for my situation. I will be keeping his name in case I need it. In fact, I wish I had known about him when we started a very large (to us) project building a tornado shelter - although we might just have the only honest contractors left in the entire US. The project is turning out amazing and I think they arent killing us on price, arent trying to squeeze us until we bleed. Anyway, contracts are one of the things Rob does.
