1 /5 Andrea Tancrator: Nick Cyr is a terrible representative of this agency. He never calls you back and never finds the answers to your questions. I find that I’m being overcharged and he has no clue. Called about a question regarding front windshield replacement. Stated he would call a claim adjuster to find the answers. Three days later I call him and he is in the bathroom no wait in the hallway oh wait no on a call. He will call you back NOPE! No call back. I call back and oh he left a note on his door for you. Said he called the claim dept TODAY and they will be giving me a call. Sure on a Friday!!! What a joke. But it’s okay for me to have to drive my car around with a huge crack in the windshield!!! Don’t ever go here.

mark kuykendall Not having a good experience. Needed to have a correction made to my policy and was told it would need to be rewritten. They took my money 3k on November 2nd. I haven’t received anything, no policy, nothing. Have called multiple times. Each time nothing happens. Now Im trying to cancel the policy. Was told I’d get a receipt yesterday. Haven’t seen anything yet. This may need to be reported. More later.
Well, I must say I was wrong, everything has now been resolved. Much of this was due to my lack of experience in insurance matters. First Colony did their best to help me. I have my refund and I am grateful. I would recommend them.

Santos V Villarreal I had a bad experience with customer service recently trying to explain to her that upon changing insurance with a new vehicle purchase I was billed for my liability on first car twice. I would think that because both were insured thru pronto that wasn’t legal but the lady just kept repeating to me that I could not get a refund. At the end I got no email or anything regarding my cancellation of policy. I have never had an issue with local offices but customer service is not helpful at all.
