They have a job to do and collect funds, but I had to ask for assistance four times before they finally helped me with sending a partial amount of the seized funds back and creating a payment plan. Just be nice and ask for help and explain your situation remember being kind goes a long way and don’t get frustrated when they appear to refuse to help just ask again and again and again and explain and you’ll be fine.

1 /5 Christopher Rodriguez: I find the actions taken against me to be highly unethical and unjust. My bank account was completely cleared without any prior notice or opportunity to respond. Only after my funds were seized was I forced into signing a payment agreement just to regain access to a portion of my finances. At no point was I ever served or properly notified of this lawsuit. This left me with no ability to prepare, negotiate, or protect my rights. As a parent of a daughter with serious heart conditions and ongoing medical expenses, the sudden seizure of my funds has created extreme hardship—leaving me unable to cover my mortgage, bills, or her critical medical care. This firm chose to garnish my entire account without warning, stripping me of essential means to provide for my family. Such practices are not only damaging but also deeply unethical.
