Karen Johnson I, like so many in our area, was absolutely devastated by Hurricane Harvey. I have never been through something like this and did not know where to start. I called my local Allstate Office and they walked me through exactly what to do. The customer service that I experienced through this branch was exceptional. Every call, every contact - extremely professional, incredibly informative and always caring. The adjuster that I was assigned, Mr. William Smith, was AMAZING. He kept in contact with me each and every step of the way. He showed up for every appointment on time. He made regular calls to me to let me know where he was in the process. I never felt like I was an address on a clip board. I felt like I was a customer that was getting priority treatment. Neighbors on each side of me were not so fortunate. They both complained of missed appointments, phone calls not being returned, questions not being answered. Both neighbors had coverage with competitors of Allstate. I pray that non of us ever go through such devastation again but if we do, I feel confident that I will be in Good Hands with Mr. David Duckett and his exceptional team.

Wade Cody Ive been with Allstate insurance and the David Vogel agency for many years and I am very happy with them. This is a good solid insurance company and the agency really helps to work through the many facets of this business. Currently Im working through some problems and the agency is doing a great job of helping me. Absolutely deserve that five star rating.

Nathan Costilla I truly appreciate Ms. Debra Pena and Michelle. They went above and beyond for me during several difficult times in my life. Instead of being workers that put their interests above what is true and right, I really feel they choose what is good and honest. They offer services and take the time to explain them. They make everything so easy with very quick responses, no matter what the situation. They are so loyal, honest and caring. When my Son passed away recently, Sophia became my Guardian Angel!
