Rachel Masterson Mario was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and friendly. After spending most of my life handling all banking via the internet or phone, this in person experience left me feeling like I have found a good bank to work with going forward.
Carla Sosa Kevin has been doing our taxes for years and I would not trust anyone else with them. He also takes the time to communicate with us if he has questions, and he is overall a wonderful person! He also charges us much less than anyone else. He handles my parents taxes, and they love him as well. I would recommend him to anyone!
Crystal Streety I went to open an account and I had a excellent experience with Vanessa and the Tellers that assisted me. I had no interaction with the Managers. The security guard was very nice. However, I did not like that she stopped me outside to explain to me why they keep the doors lock. If you do not want me to let myself out to avoid people just walking in, then be at your post.
