1 /5 Paige Palmer: I am writing to provide a follow-up to my previous review, which I removed at the request of an individual I believe to be a liaison for the J. Alexander Law Firm. On July 6, 2024, I contacted this law firm to represent my 16-year-old daughter and my 16-year-old niece regarding an accident in which they were involved, for which they were not at fault. Initially, the firms response was prompt and reassuring, with assurances that they would secure the maximum compensation possible. However, it became evident that they were reluctant to pursue the case further, suggesting that any claim exceeding $2,000 would be futile. This was particularly disheartening given the circumstances of the accident, where the other party was traveling at 75 mph in a 65 mph zone, resulting in my niece and daughter being thrown 102 feet before colliding with a bar ditch. While they sustained no physical injuries, the emotional impact has been significant. After much discussion, my brother and I decided to trust that the law firm had our best interests at heart. However, as I mentioned in my earlier review, it has now been over a year without any payout, even in the $2,000 range. Each time we inquire, we receive the same response: “We’re still waiting on pending approvals.” Following my recent review expressing my frustrations, I received a call from a kind representative from the firm, who assured me she would investigate the situation and follow up with me daily. She requested that I delete my review, which I did. Unfortunately, two weeks have passed since then without ANY communication from the firm, leading me to doubt the likelihood of receiving any compensation. Please do not call asking me to delete any review until we receive our bread crumb payout. No calls will be answered.

3 /5 Samantha Lewis: I don’t feel comfortable giving 5 stars, this would be my 2nd time within a year dealing with an injury lawyer. First off, I only saw the chiropractor once to be adjusted. The clinic looked more like a pop up than an actual office. I hardly even spoke to the lawyer about the case, not up until the end. When I realized the settlement was becoming long overdue and had to badger a bit to get some results. This was not my last experience, if anything far from..and I made the same amount of money on a commercial case than when I got got into a regular car crash only a year before. The settlement also took so much longer because I felt the lawyer was more worried for his bigger cases that would make him more money. I gave 3 stars because his assistant is kind, and they do communicate. The staff at the clinic was kind as well and I did receive a settlement. Also I understand that this is a complicated process, and that you cannot know what the results may be. I am just comparing to a lawyer who was much more underrated, but the results were amazing! If not the money, then the medical care would’ve been nice. This team was a flop for me.
