They are not handling business correctly, and are not holding their policy holder accountable. Somehow, their client is not being held accountable for hitting my parked car in front of multiple witnesses. “no contact with insured and insufficient evidence to prove liability“. Wow.

5 /5 Ernest Tillman: I was very impressed with this Allstate Office managed by Irene Guajardo. She has about 40 years of experience and was very knowledgeable about helping me with my HOME and AUTO insurance. She made sure I got ALL the Discounts available to me and her ability to write Insurance Policies for MY needs helped me save money as well. Her staff of Linde Jake and Sylvia are also knowledgeable and they all understand that they are in the CUSTOMER SERVICE business because of the way they treated me and my wife in a kind and professional way as we went thru the process of changing from USAA after they doubled my insurance bill in 5 years after 36 years with them and having only 1 claim. Irene even helped me with changing from my old insurance company which can be a little stressful as well. If your Home and Auto insurance bill keeps going up and up you will be surprised how much Irene and her staff can save you and IT IS SO NICE if you have an app question or policy question you can just drop by since they are Local in Conroe and they are happy to help you. My wife and I are very happy we made the switch to Allstate but especially with Irene Guajardo.

1 /5 Scott Lance: I give this insurance agent a big zero. No stars. They lured me in with a good premium for my homeowners. They went up 30% the very first renewal date. No person from this agent has called me. I did receive an auto reply that led to nothing. Im going to be shopping for another companys policy. Im very dissatisfied with AllState.

The coverage they were able to offer was more affordable and thorough then their top competitors. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them they do a great job at putting together policies that meet your every need.

1 /5 Branden Ward: I would leave a zero star review if possible. After several attempts to get questions answered with no response or followup I changed insurance carriers. I called the office multiple times before my billing date (with my new policy active) I left a message every time. Suprise surprise, no response. They did however call me on my billing date to inquire about the payment. I advised them I moved carriers, and left messages to have my policy cancelled. They said they understood and hung up. Fast forward to August 29th when I get a collections notice in the mail saying I owe them for the policy that was cancelled. BAD BUSINESS. Strange that the collection amount s only for the single month that was to be cancelled. Steer clear. They will take your money and offer zero support.
